Google has a user setting called strict filtering that will prevent it from returning most all inappropriate links and pictures. Set it up in 3 easy steps. Here is how you do it:
- Go to the top of the Google page and to the right of the search box click on Preferences (see figure 1)
- This will open the preferences page. Now select Use strict filtering (see figure 2)
- Now click on Save Preferences. (see figure 3)
While you are on the preferences page go ahead and select your language. This will help cut down on some of the garbage you get back from searches and speed things up a bit.
